HaIris Complex

The HaIris Complex project is located in the renewing Neve Ofer neighborhood in the city of Tel Aviv.

As part of the project, 8 old buildings will be demolished and replaced by modern residential buildings combining fabric construction and towers with a commercial front and quality environmental development that seamlessly integrates nature into the environmental fabric.

Near the project, many community and municipal services are offered, from a community center to a swimming pool and a sports hall, alongside educational frameworks for all ages. Proximity to transportation routes guarantees high accessibility by private car, and developed public transportation, which in the future will include a light rail station that will easily connect the neighborhood to the city center and the neighboring cities.
