Yuvalim Group, in partnership with Eurobuilding, is advancing an evacuation-reconstruction project in the Neve Ofer neighborhood of Tel Aviv, near the Ayalon Highway - Wolfson Interchange, Derech Ben Zvi and Heinrich Heine Street.

The neighborhood's proximity to the main streets and the Ayalon Highway creates convenient access out of the city as well as to central, sought-after sites such as: Jaffa Port, the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, bustling Florentin Street and the HaTachana complex.

As part of the project, to be located on quiet Arber Street, 104 old residential units will be vacated, and approx. 300 new, quality residential units will be built in innovative urban architectural design.

The existing old buildings will be replaced by modern towers and buildings that will include a commercial front on Arber Street and Grossman Street.

The project is set to breathe a new, young spirit into the veteran neighborhood. All of these will guarantee a high quality of life for the neighborhood's current residents, and will attract a new and strong population that currently has no housing solutions in the area.
