Bavli Complex
In the heart of the pastoral Bavli neighborhood, Yuvalim Group is set to vacate 38 residential units and build approx. 96 new residential units as part of two TAMA demolition-and-rebuild projects on HaKnesset HaGdola and HaMishna streets.
The Bavli neighborhood, characterized mainly by old "train" apartment buildings, is located in the new north of Tel Aviv and is populated by a veteran, mostly secular population that is mixed in terms of ages and families.
The project will offer the combination of proximity to the heart of Tel Aviv with family tranquility and green views, as well as a modern, prestigious and pampering residential environment.
A short distance from the complex are a wealth of leisure-time entertainment options, such as: HaYarkon Park, the "Country Dekel" sports club, the Sportek, the Dekel commercial center and many cafés.
In addition, the Bavli Complex is located close to main traffic routes such as Namir Road, the Ayalon Highway and the HaHalacha Interchange.
Four 8-storey buildings will be built in the complex, including garden apartments, standard apartments in a variety of sizes, and two floors of rooftop apartments with the high, modern specifications that characterize Yuvalim Group's projects.
**At this stage, the apartments to be built in the complex are not offered for sale**
