Yuvalim Group is promoting an evacuation and reconstruction project in the developing Ramat Verber neighborhood of Petah Tikva.

The project, covering an area of approx. 9 Dunams, is due to be built on the Jabotinsky route, which is one of the light railway lines, and will include a commercial facade opening onto Jabotinsky Street.

The project is surrounded by kindergartens, schools, parks, community centers, entertainment centers, culture, commerce and leisure.

The project’s apartment owners will enjoy a new residential environment, with opulent environmental development, large modern apartments with high quality technical specifications and advanced architectural design, including a sun terrace, a security room, a storeroom and underground parking.

Currently, there are 92 residential units in the complex, in old, badly maintained buildings, and Yuvalim Group intends to evacuate them during 2023, and reconstruct approximately 370 residential units in three towers of 30 stories, above a commercial floor and a floor of offices.
