Yuvalim Group is promoting an urban renewal project in the Armon HaNatziv neighborhood of Jerusalem, for the benefit of its residents. The project is located on Olei HaGardom Street and looks out over the Judean desert.

Olei HaGardom Street is one of the neighborhood’s main streets, and is surrounded by greenery, kindergartens and public buildings.

In the complex today, are 48 old residential units, designated for demolition, in place of which approx. 230 new units in various sizes, will be constructed.

Within the framework of the project, three new 17–20 storey buildings will be constructed, above a commercial floor facing Olei HaGardom Street.
