Renewing: a giant evacuation-reconstruction project in a strategic location in Ramat Gan

Yuvalim Group is pleased to present the HaBilu'im Complex, an extensive urban renewal project adjacent to the southeastern entrance to the city of Ramat Gan, at the meeting of HaYarden and Aluf Sadeh streets.

As part of the project, 8 existing residential buildings with 96 residential units and one public building will be demolished, and in their place Yuvalim Group will build 3 towers of 20 floors and a 6-storey public building, and in an additional, adjacent plot, a 30-storey mixed-use tower will be built: residential, commercial and employment.

Thanks to the project's excellent location, near Aluf Sadeh Junction on one side and minutes from Tel Aviv on the other, and close to major entertainment and employment centers, the project's residents will enjoy convenient access to a wealth of municipal services and easy mobility, whether by private car or by the abundance of public transportation solutions near the project.

Spacious public areas will be part of the new HaBilu'im Complex, so that its character as a lively strip in the city's urban continuum will be preserved for years, while integrating harmoniously into the existing space.
