An evacuation-reconstruction project and a significant upgrade of the Entertainment Complex in Ramat Gan:
Close to the light-rail line, and at the southern entrance to the city, an extensive evacuation-reconstruction project has been erected near the intersection of Aluf Sade and HaYarden Streets.
The complex constitutes the south-eastern entrance gate to the city, and offers easy access to the cities of Gush Dan and commercial, recreation and employment centers.
Significant additions of public spaces will be added as part of the planning framework.
The plan includes the evacuation of 8 existing residential buildings of 96 units, and one public building. Below them, 4 new appointed areas will be built, and will contain a 6-storey public building as well as three 20-storey towers.
An additional appointed area will contain space for commerce and employment, on which a 30-storey tower will be built for a variety of uses.
