Quarter A - Mishmar HaYarden Project

Ashdod is renewing the face of its old quarters, and Yuvalim Group is taking part

The city of Ashdod is characterized not only by beautiful beaches and a rich, fascinating cultural scene, but also by very high demand for real estate. In recent years, real estate prices in the city have been climbing at a double-digit rate almost constantly, and in the first two quarters of 2021 they rose by 4% and 7% respectively.

In recent years, the Ashdod Municipality has been pushing to advance large-scale urban renewal along the city's Herzl Boulevard, and Yuvalim Group will take part in this momentum with a project that will include hundreds of new apartments at a modern, high construction standard (in its current state, this complex has approx. 452 units).

The potential for home-improvers and investors, as well as for families who want to enjoy the city's great advantages, is significant and very positive.

The planned project is to be established in Quarter A, between Mishmar HaYarden, HaHistadrut, Herzl and Jabotinsky streets. As part of the project, a commercial front facing the boulevard will be built, and extensive other areas will be renewed and rebuilt, in a move that will breathe new life into one of the oldest parts of Ashdod.
