Facing the future: urban renewal in the Railway Complex in Hadera

In the western part of the city of Hadera, near the train station and the Hadera Forest, a large evacuation-reconstruction project will renew the face of one of the city's oldest neighborhoods.

On an area with 332 old residential units, a row of modern buildings will be erected, with approx. 2,000 new residential units, public buildings, a commercial area and a green boulevard that will upgrade the neighborhood's urban landscape beyond recognition.

The planning of the project, which will stretch over areas on David Shimoni, HaHasida, HaAgur, Be'er Ora and Klez streets, is entrusted to Eran Mebel Architecture and Urban Planning, which specializes, among other things, in urban renewal that preserves the urban living experience, combined with a green environment and mixed commercial and residential uses.

As part of the project, the existing ficus boulevard will be preserved and a commercial front facing David Shimoni Street will be built. Green spaces and wonderfully modern design will characterize the new complex, which will offer residents and investors excellent opportunities for a new beginning in the heart of an established urban space rich in community services and leisure and entertainment attractions, with exceptional access to public and private transportation.
