The project on Masaryk Street in Tel Aviv is the dream come true of those looking for the perfect urban living experience, without compromising on design.
The special project was built on the foundations of a preserved building, with two entrances and 21 special residential units.
The planning and design of the building were carried out in order to preserve the unique appearance and character of the building. Also, to offer its residents a special, advanced residential experience, together with close proximity to the commercial and entertainment centers of Tel Aviv.
The renovation, which ended in 2012, included the preservation of the building, renovation of the interior of the apartments, the addition of apartments and a penthouse on the fourth floor.
