"Yuvalim Group" leads the development of the business campus in Ness Ziona:

In the northern complex of the Science Park in Ness Ziona, which borders the northern part of the Rehovot Science Park, a business campus of high and innovative construction standard is planned, in an area of about 32,000 square meters.

The campus includes 4 buildings of 6 office floors each, a commercial floor, and three floors of underground parking. It will be built around an internal green park, for the use of the residents of the complex and their guests.
